ICAO - The International Civil Aviation Organization
ICAO – the International Civil Aviation Organization, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, is a specialized agency of the United Nations. It was established in 1944 to promote the safe and orderly development of international civil aviation worldwide and to establish standards and recommended practices (SARPS) necessary for the safety, security, efficiency and regularity of international civil aviation. It is a forum for cooperation in all areas of civil aviation among Member States in the organization.
Scope of cooperation:
The agreement connects Lazarski University with ICAO’s global training network, thereby enabling aviation students to participate in ICAO-recognized training courses and earn valuable certificates.
LOT Polish Airlines
Lot is a Polish national airline operating since 1929. It is one of the oldest active airlines in the world. LOT is a member of Star Alliance, the largest alliance of airlines in the world which owns 29% of the global aviation market.
Scope of cooperation:
Undertaking content-related and organizational activities aimed at supporting the fields of: Aviation Law and Professional Pilot Licence, LL.M in Air Law, Safety Management System, MBA in Aviation).
PANSA (Polish Air Navigation Services Agency)
PANSA was established on April 1st, 2007 as the main reporting organization to the Polish minister of transport. The main tasks of the Agency include: airspace and air traffic flow management and air traffic services.
Scope of cooperation:
Undertaking content-related and organizational activities aimed at supporting the Air Traffic Administration specialty.
Polish Airports S.A.
A Polish state-owned enterprise dealing with the construction, modernization and operation of airports and air ground facilities, conducting, among others ground handling of aircraft at Warsaw Chopin Airport.
Scope of cooperation:
Undertaking content-related and organizational activities aimed at supporting the fields of: Law, Business Law, Aviation Law and Professional Pilot Licence, Administration and postgraduate studies (LL.M in Air Law, Safety Management System, MBA in Aviation).
STH (Solidarity Transport Hub)
Transfer node between Warsaw and Łódź, integrating air (hub airport), rail and road transport. As part of this project, approximately 37 km from Warsaw, the Solidarność Airport is to be built, which in the first stage will be able to handle 45 million passengers per year.
Scope of cooperation:
Joint development of master’s and postgraduate study programs, supervision of diploma theses, internships and apprenticeships in the CPK company.
John Paul II Krakow-Balice International Airport
Krakow International Airport aims to achieve a significant position among Europe’s best-run regional airports, valued for its impact on the economic growth of the city and region and its attention to the principles of sustainable development. It is the second largest airport in Poland.
Scope of cooperation:
Undertaking activities of a substantive and organisational nature to support and develop the faculties conducted within the Lazarski Aviation Academy.
Wroclaw Airport
Wrocław Airport is a dynamically operating airport in Poland. A wide choice of connections, a modern terminal, efficient service and good accessibility make passengers eager to fly from Wrocław, as confirmed by the awards they have been granted on numerous occasions.

Estonian airline company offering regional flights and serving major airlines. It is an independent service provider specializing in aviation operations and cooperating with commercial European airlines across the continent.

GoldWings Flight Academy
Professional pilot training center. The staff has many years of experience in management and conducting highly specialized training. The instructors are mainly line pilots and leading professikonals with many achievements.
Scope of cooperation:
Aviation training including theoretical and practical training to obtain the ATP (A) airline pilot license of Aviation Law and Professional Pilot License students. Substantive and didactic support and the provision of aviation infrastructure.
University of Cologne
Institute of Aviation, Space and Cyber Law of the University of Cologne.
Scope of cooperation:
Exchange of students and doctoral students, cooperation with the Institute of Aviation and Space Law of the Lazarski University.
