Legal advisor, doctor of law, glider and airplane pilot. He has many years of experience in providing legal assistance in the field of aviation law. He is also a contractor of research projects carried out at universities. He completed a court apprenticeship (2006) and an internship of the European Commission at the Aviation Safety Department (2008).

In the years 2008-2011, a member and then chairman of the team for the identification of threats in civil aviation. Latajmy Bezpiecznie “latajmybezpiecznie.pl”. From December 2012 to April 2014, Vice President for Aviation Standards at the Civil Aviation Authority. In the years 2014 – 2019 he was employed as a representative for air navigation standards at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. Currently, the Director of the Airport Component at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.
