Doctor of safety sciences specializing in the management of safety in civil aviation and risk assessment. As part of his doctoral dissertation, he conducted research on methods for evaluating the effectiveness of airline safety management systems. Participant of postgraduate studies in civil aviation safety management and aviation law, as well as numerous trainings and courses in safety management and aviation operations. Author and co-author of several scientific publications in the field of aviation safety and training.

Professionally, he works as the deputy director of the safety office for safety management systems and as the safety manager of the Polish Air Navigation Agency. He has professional experience as a safety manager, head of compliance and quality monitoring, auditor, consultant for organizations holding AOC, ATO, Part-145, Part-M, ANSP certificates, commercial agents, and as an inspector of the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC). He is an academic teacher and instructor of aviation training. Participant in operational projects in the country as well as in EASA member states, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, and Cambodia.
