Doctor of political science and a graduate of the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in air traffic control. He devoted his dissertation to the policy of the European Union in the field of civil air transport safety.

An expert and consultant in the field of civil aviation safety and knowledge of law in the field of operation, certification of airports and air navigation. He has been associated with aviation since 2008, when he started working at the “Polish Airports” State Enterprise. As part of his professional career at Chopin Airport, he was responsible, among others, for supervision of operational documentation, airport certificate and coordination of the certificate conversion process in accordance with the requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. After successfully passing the certificate conversion process, he was appointed to the position of Safety Manager. In 2008-2011, in the PL.2012 company, he coordinated the preparations of Polish airports to handle the UEFA EURO 2012 ™ tournament. At the same time, he was also the project manager of the preparation and service of the above-mentioned tournament by Chopin Airport in Warsaw. In 2017-2021, at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, he was responsible for co-creating and developing the Safety Management System. Currently, he is the Accountable Manager, referred to in Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 of February 12, 2014, establishing the requirements and administrative procedures for airports in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Director of Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Author of many articles on civil aviation and the European Union’s air transport safety policy. Participant of many specialist trainings, national and international workshops in the field of aviation safety, implementation of European law and requirements in the field of airport operation, personnel management, projects and processes. Member of international working groups.
