Since 1996 he has been involved in aviation operations. He has been working in the aviation sector for 26 years. Over 12 years of experience in ground handling – LOT Ground Services Sp. z. o. o. He cooperated with FTO Ventum Air, he was the Director of the Aviation Training Center. In the course of his career, he obtained the license of an Air Dispatcher, dealt with flight planning, comprehensive organization and supervision over air transport operations, he was the Operations Director – Flight Dispatch Services. He worked at the Civil Aviation Authority, he was, inter alia, duties of the Head of the Air Transport Inspectorate, operational supervision expert, incl. at EASA (a group of experts of national supervision in the field of EFB – Electronic Flight Bag), he was an expert on air operations at the Ministry of National Defense tender. A graduate of the ULC President’s scholarship, under which he completed training at the Singapore Aviation Academy organized for FOI operational inspectors. Completed training for auditors and inspectors – Aviation Safety Inspector / JAA Training Organization, the Netherlands. He completed the Boeing B777-200 / 300 EASA PART 145 Gen. Familiarization course conducted by SR Technics, completed the Airbus A318-321 (CFM56) Gen. Familiarization training course conducted by SAS Technical Training.

Since 2013, he has been professionally associated with the Safety Management System. He completed the Training – Effective Use and Supervision of SMS (Safety Management System) organized by Baines Simmons Limited. Currently, he works at the Polish Airports State Enterprise as the Operational Director / Deputy Airport Director. In 2017-2021, Vice-President of the Civil Aviation Authority for Aviation Standards.

A graduate of the University of Security and Protection in Warsaw – Information security administration. A graduate of the Humanities Academy in Pułtusk – majoring in EU Transport Policy. A graduate of the Lazarski University – postgraduate studies in Aviation Safety Management (SMS).
