He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Cracow University of Economics and Stockholm University School of Business, where he obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA).

He has 30 years of experience in working in top management positions in the logistics business (LOT Cargo, GeoPost – ACP, Schenker, Qumak, Katowice Airport, Jetpak Group AB) and documented successes in business development and sales in the Transport-Forwarding- market segment Logistics. He was responsible, inter alia, for the preparation of a new strategy and business plan for the company, as well as the development of sales and air and sea forwarding operations, cooperation with key customers, development of cooperation with foreign partners and implementation of a new system for shipment management, budgeting and operating cost control.
From August 2009 at PLL LOT until February 2016 as the Director of the Cargo and Post Office, where as a result of restructuring and the introduction of a new sales strategy, he strengthened the position of LOT Cargo as a reliable and recognizable cargo carrier in Poland and Central Europe. He prepared and successfully implemented the first in Poland regular, seasonal winter “all cargo” connection between Poland and North America. He defined and successfully implemented the strategy of using the additional cargo space that appeared during the introduction of the first B787 aircraft to the LOT fleet.

In recent years, he has led a project introducing Jetpak to Poland together with the new business model of this Scandinavian time critical & emergency shipment operator. He participates in projects related to the development of the market and infrastructure at airports abroad and in Poland. Among other things, he is an advisor to the Katowice Airport Management Board in the field of development of the air cargo business. He is a member of the Program Council of the Polish Aviation Congress and the author of several articles on the strategy and development of the air cargo business.
