Independent Consultant in air cargo. He has over thirty years of experience in top management positions in the logistics business (LOT Cargo, GeoPost – ACP, Schenker, Qumak, Port Lotniczy Katowice, Jetpak Group AB, Skyline-air Services, Golden Support S.r.o.) and a proven track record of success in business development and sales in the Transport-Spedition-Logistics market segment. Among other things, he was responsible for the preparation of the company’s new strategy and business plan, as well as the development of air and sea freight forwarding sales and operations, cooperation with key customers, the development of cooperation with foreign partners and the implementation of a new system for shipment management, budgeting and operational cost control.

From 2009 to 2016 at LOT Polish Airlines, in the position of Director of the Cargo and Post Office, where, as a result of restructuring and the introduction of a new sales strategy, he strengthened LOT Cargo’s position as a reliable and recognisable cargo carrier in Poland and Central Europe. He prepared and successfully implemented Poland’s first regular, seasonal winter ‘all cargo’ connection between Poland and North America. He defined and successfully implemented a strategy for utilising the additional cargo space that appeared at the time of the introduction of the first B787 aircraft into LOT’s fleet.

In recent years, he has led a project introducing Jetpak to Poland, together with the new business model of this Scandinavian time-critical &cemergency shipment operator. He is involved in market and infrastructure development projects at airports abroad and in Poland. He works closely with the Czech company Golden Support in the preparation and sale of advanced IT solutions for air cargo handling and management. Among other things, he is an advisor to the Management Board of Katowice Airport on the development of air cargo business. He is a member of the Programme Council of the Polish Aviation Congress, and author of several articles on the strategy and development of the air cargo business.

He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Cracow University of Economics and Stockholm University School of Business, where he obtained the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
