Lawyer with several years of work experience at the Civil Aviation Office, including the head of the Air Transport Department, and then the deputy director of the Air Transport Market Department. Currently head of the 1st Aviation Law System Department at the Legal and Legislative Department of the Civil Aviation Authority.

She completed a legislative apprenticeship at the Government Legislation Center. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, Warsaw School of Economics (management and marketing) and postgraduate studies in European integration at the University of Warsaw. She completed many courses in the field of regulation and development of the aviation market organized by IATA, including the Diploma in Civil Aviation and Senior Civil Aviation Management. Representative of the Republic of Poland in the Air Transport Regulation Panel (ATRP) at ICAO.

He has extensive experience in the development and application of legal regulations in the field of air transport, market access, route permits and air business activities, including licensing and handling services. Responsible for the preparation and coordination of air transport issues, including the issuing of route permits, incl. during the organization of international events (UEFA EURO 2012 and World Youth Day in 2016).

Currently, at CAA, he deals with legislation in the field of the air transport market, unmanned aerial vehicles, civil aviation security, aviation personnel and operational and aviation issues.
