In the field of ground handling, she gained experience at Welcome Airport Services, as well as on the Board of Directors of LOT Services (now LS AS), as initially President and later Vice President of Commercial Affairs. She has extensive knowledge in company restructuring, cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, initiating and implementing development projects and managing human teams.

She has been involved in numerous projects such as: launching ground handling services in Rzeszów on the Rzeszów-New York route; setting up LOT Services (now LS AS) to launch ground handling services at Warsaw’s F. Chopin Airport, opening an LS branch in Kraków and thus creating the second (after Warsaw) duopoly in the provision of ground handling services, launching ground handling services, from the category 6 (cleaning) for Wizz Air airlines, at Modlin Airport.

In the course of her career, she was also employed by PPL at F. Chopin Airport, in the commercial division, and at Łódź Airport, as Commercial Director.

Currently, she is Director of Ground Operations at Enter Air Sp. z o.o., where she is responsible for the implementation and quality control of these services on the entire Enter Air network.

She also serves as Executive Director of the Association of the Board of Airline Representatives in Poland (BARIP), where he is involved, among other things, in providing opinions and working on the draft introduction of amendments to the PNR Act, but also on a number of other issues, such as the EU261 regulation and SGHA agreements.
