Head of UTM and UAV Operations Development Center at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. Expert/practitioner with 16 years of experience in the aviation industry, specializing in unmanned aerial vehicles and airspace management, responsible for coordinating drone flights and developing tools to support flight operations within the Agency. Certified UAV pilot/instructor, former lecturer at various UAV training entities. Member of several significant working groups in ICAO, CANSO, EASA.

As an author and co-author of numerous analyses, procedures, and legislation, he is involved in determining the feasibility of drone services implementation, creating the U-Space environment, and enhancing the functionality of air traffic management systems for the safe integration of unmanned aviation with manned aviation. Maciej Włodarczyk is a graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (MBA).
