He graduated from the Lazarski University at the Faculty of Law and Administration in the field of Law in 2013. He spent the academic year 2010/2011 in France, where under the ERASMUS program he studied at the Cergy-Pontoise University. In 2011-2013, he was the President of the Interdepartmental Aviation Law Club “AVION”. During his studies, he completed student internships at the Civil Aviation Office, the Ministry of Justice and the National Atomic Energy Agency.

He is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements. He also graduated from the University of Montpellier, where he received a Mastère Spécialisé diploma in international nuclear law (OECD / NEA scholarship), as well as an English-language postgraduate course in economic diplomacy at the Warsaw School of Economics (Economic Diplomacy).

Since 2013, he has been an employee of the Civil Aviation Authority, where he held specialist and managerial positions – he was the Director of the Department of International Affairs. In 2015-2018, he was delegated to work at the headquarters of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) in Brussels, where he was the National Liaison Officer (SLO). Participates in the work of decision-making bodies of the most important aviation organizations [EUROCONTROL; European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), including a specialized UN agency – the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Delegate to the sessions of the ICAO Legal Committee or the ICAO Assembly, where the Legal Committee meets.

Since 2016, he has been a member of the Committee of the European Air Law Association. He is also the Deputy Director of the Institute of Aviation and Space Law at the Lazarski University. He was a tutor twice at the Lazarski University students who took part in the semi-finals of the International Aviation Law Competition Moot Court (2015 – Beijing, 2016 – Jakarta). Since 2017, a judge in the International Aviation Law Competitions that took place in India, the Republic of Korea, Canada and Malta. Speaker at scientific conferences, including at Canada’s leading McGill University (Montreal).

He has completed a number of prestigious courses. In 2016, he completed a negotiation program at Harvard Law School. He also took part in training courses organized by: the European Space Agency, the Joint Research Center of the European Commission, CTBTO, the European Academy of Diplomacy, NATO School Oberammergau and the Bundeswehr Center for Public Affairs. As part of the Singapore Government scholarship, he has twice participated in training courses in civil aviation management and leadership organized by the Singapore Aviation Academy. In addition, he was a participant of the ERASMUS program for public administration employees, during which he participated in conferences, trainings and study visits at the headquarters of EU institutions in Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg, as well as job shadowing in the Directorates General of the European Commission for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE ) and International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO).

From May 2015, President of the Management Board of the Polish Baseball and Softball Foundation, the aim of which is to popularize and promote baseball and softball, or to promote the principles of fair play, mutual respect and openness to other cultures and racial non-discrimination in sport. In 2015 and 2016, he was the coach of the Polish U12 National Team (4th place during the U12 European Championship in baseball, 2015).
