A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Aviation (MEL) in the field of Aviation. At the Warsaw University of Technology, at the Faculty of Transport, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the issues of flight optimization.

He participated in scientific and expert exchange programs in Spain, the USA, Panama and China. He has professional experience in airlines, aircraft manufacturers, airports and state supervision, both at home and abroad. It launched the operation of the first PLL LOT hub in Warsaw in 2000 and implemented the certification of Polish airports by the Civil Aviation Authority based on ICAO standards. In 2004, he initiated the concept of the Central Airport for Poland (currently – STH), carrying out the first inter-ministerial study justifying its creation. In 2005-2014, during the intensive expansion of Chopin Airport in Warsaw, he was the chairman of the RUNWAY SAFETY TEAM.

Currently, he is an assistant professor at the Interdisciplinary Center for Mathematical and Computational Modeling of the University of Warsaw (ICM-UW), where he manages the implementation of global aviation projects, both scientific and industry-related. Member of the prestigious international organization of operations research at the AGIFORS airlines and the Performance Review Commission at Eurocontrol. Lecturer and speaker at universities, training centers as well as international symposia and conferences organized by, among others, ICAO, IATA, EUROCONTROL, ULC, TOR, FAA and others.
