An expert in the field of crisis management in civil aviation. An active participant in national and international conferences, workshops and optional classes in the field of crisis management and assistance to the injured. Master of Economics in the field of: managing social processes, graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the Radom University of Technology.

Since 1999, she has been responsible for comprehensive planning of crisis management at LOT Polish Airlines. She has developed and implemented numerous substantive documentation regarding the conduct in crisis situations, incl. manuals, procedures and instructions for the airline and the airport operator.

She managed crisis actions taken as a result of traffic accidents involving airline passengers.

The main professional achievement is the organization and management of the Support Center for family members who lost their relatives in the crash of the Polish government plane TU-154 near Smolensk in 2010.

He conducts regular training and workshops in the field of crisis management in civil aviation.

Decorated with “Two Diamonds” – 2nd degree badge – Meritorious LOT Polish Airlines employee.

Sports enthusiast – the greatest sports achievement – 3rd place in the 6th Warsaw Open Triathlon Championships in 2014.
