He has 20 years of experience in the air transport sector. Sebastian Gościniarek is the founder and partner in the BBSG consulting company specializing in work for the transport sector. It supports i.a. airports, airlines, handling companies, public self-government and government entities, as well as private investors in Poland and CEE.

His professional experience includes macroeconomic issues (aviation policy), business strategies, development strategies, cooperation of airports with external entities in the field of non-aviation revenues.

He is also involved in a number of opinion-forming initiatives in the field of business solutions, standard definitions and good practices in the aviation sector. Previously, deputy director in the consulting department of PwC, where he was responsible for servicing clients from the aviation sector in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
