The service performs functions of collecting information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
by means of information voluntarily entered In forms;
by means of uploading Cookies onto terminal devices.

The service uses cookies.
Cookies are information data, especially text files that are stored in the service users’ terminal devices and are designed to use the Internet websites of the service. Server’s logs:
Information about some types of users’ behaviour requires logging in on a server. The data are used only to administer the service and in order to ensure the most possible efficient servicing of hosting services provided.
The resources browsed through are identified through URL addresses. Moreover, the following information can be subject to recording:
the time of asking a question,
the time of responding,
the name of the client’s station – identification made by the HTTP protocol,
information about errors that occurred in the course the HTTP transaction,
the URL address of the website visited before (a referrer link) – in case the transfer took place through a hyperlink,
the information about the user’s search engine,
the information about the IP address.
The above data is not associated with particular persons’ browsing websites.
The above data is used only for the purpose of the service administration.
Cookies management – how to give and withdraw consent?
If a user does not want to get cookies, he or she may change the setting of the search engine. Be warned that blocking cookies that are necessary to serve the process of authentication, safety, maintaining a user’s preferences may hamper, and in extreme situations prevent the use of websites.

Personal data may be processed for the purpose of:
implementing the process of education (first and second cycle studies, long- cycle master’s studies, doctoral studies, post-graduate studies, MBA, courses and training),
employing employees and administrative and didactic contractors,
conducting scientific research,
implementing programmes of student and university staff international mobility,
fulfilling obligations resulting from the provisions of the law,
archiving and statistics,
granting the Rector’s, social and disability scholarships and benefits,
monitoring graduates’ professional career,
participating in language courses or the Summer Language Academy,
the controller’s offer marketing by making your image in the form of a photo available,
conducting marketing campaigns and building the controller’s positive image in the public and mass media,
providing information in the contact form,
using the service designed for internships, work and workshops,
making employment, internship and work placement offers available,
joining the Alumni Club,
organising events, conferences, competitions, promotion and surveys,
conducting marketing campaigns, advertising and other marketing activities connected with the controller’s educational services, in the form of mailing,
recruiting employees, interns and candidates for work placement offered by the controller,
using the services of the Student Counselling Centre,
fulfilling obligations resulting from mutual agreements concerning the provision of information about partners and their products and services, including in the form of mailing,
conducting CCTV monitoring,
pursue legitimate interests (legally justified aims), provided the processing does not infringe data subjects’ rights and freedoms.
Any data subject (provided we are their data controller) shall have the right to demand that the controller give them access to their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing at any time and the right to data portability, the right to withdraw their consent at any time (with no effect on the lawfulness of processing conducted before the withdrawal of this consent) and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
